Her colorful, Spanish-style residence just hit the market.

Emma Stone has had a busy week. In addition to snagging a Golden Globe award and campaigning for a spot on Jeopardy!, the Poor Things star has put her Los Angeles home on the market for a whopping $3.995 million.
Nestled in Comstock Hills, a suburban enclave in the city's Westwood neighborhood, the 3,276-square-foot residence isn't your typical celebrity home. Instead of a strictly neutral palette or sleek (and sometimes sterile) touches, Stone leaned into her space's Spanish style by adding pops of color and pattern. While the Academy Award winner did renovate the home after purchasing it in 2019—she expanded the kitchen and created a guest house—she chose to keep the abode's original architectural details, such as exposed beamed ceilings and a tiled courtyard. (Translation: Stone has totally embraced into her inner renovator after playing pseudo HGTV star Whitney Siegel in The Curse—and we are here for it.)
Curious to see the home for yourself? Read on for an intimate look at Stone's picturesque-yet-personable pad, which is listed with Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty's Beverly Hills brokerage.
