Luxury hand-iced biscuit retailer, Biscuiteers, is running a series of online courses teaching people how to bake some of their delicious treats at home.

Known as the Biscuiteers 'Ice-olation Challenge', the free series aims to give everyone of all ages the chance to get creative in the kitchen during the coronavirus lockdown.

The weekly how-to series will run on their website as well as via their social media platforms. Week one of the challenge is a guide to making the perfect biscuit dough, which is followed by line icing and flood icing. If you miss out on any of the sessions, you can easily rewatch them online and follow the recipes at any time.

As well as the teaching sessions, keen bakers can also submit their questions to the experts on social media. These will be answered every Monday and Thursday.

The popular London-based biscuit brand also want people to challenge their Head Icer, Lucy, to have a go at decorating the biscuit of their dreams. If you've got an idea for a biscuit, simply submit your request for 'Challenge Lucy' and see the winning suggestion unveiled every Friday.
