Following the success of Amanda and Alan’s Italian Job and Spanish Job, Alan Carr and Amanda Holden are back for another Mediterranean renovation adventure – this time in Greece.
The TV duo are returning for a fourth installment of their hit renovation show, aptly titled Amanda and Alan's Greek Job.
Building on their success in Sicily, Tuscany and Andalusia, the design duo are swapping sangria for ouzo as they take over the Greek island of Corfu, famed for its sun-drenched beaches and picturesque landscapes – the perfect backdrop for a new renovation project.
'I couldn't be happier to announce that Alan and I are going to be doing a fourth series of Amanda and Alan,' Amanda says of the new series. 'We're so excited to be spending another summer together bashing down walls in one of our favourite places ever!'
Co-host and Interior Design Masters presenter Alan shares the enthusiasm. 'Greece is always my go-to place for holiday fun, so it will be strange for me to be packing a hard hat, drill and paint roller in my suitcase instead of my usual suntan lotion and budgie smugglers,' he says. 'I think Greece is the perfect next step for some Alamanda magic, with its rich history and culture – and let's not forget the delicious food and drink. It feels like it's already gearing up to be an unforgettable summer.'
The duo's most recent series, Amanda and Alan's Spanish Job, saw them transform a rundown three-storey Andalusian townhouse into a boutique B&B. The property is currently on the market for €245,000, with all proceeds going to charity.
A broadcast date has yet to be announced for Amanda and Alan's Greek Job, but it will comprise eight 30-minute episodes on BBC One and iPlayer.
