West Wing actor Rob Lowe and his wife, Sheryl Lowe, a jewellery designer, have listed their Montecito estate in California for $47 million (£35.4m).
According to Lowe, it's the perfect time to unload the property. 'With our boys now out of the house, we’re looking forward to our next real estate adventure,' he said. Inside the classically-inspired home, which is known as Oakview, you'll find six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, three half bathrooms, a wine cellar and a screening room.
