West Wing actor Rob Lowe and his wife, Sheryl Lowe, a jewellery designer, have listed their Montecito estate in California for $47 million (£35.4m).
According to Lowe, it's the perfect time to unload the property. 'With our boys now out of the house, we’re looking forward to our next real estate adventure,' he said.
