400 g pack essential Waitrose British Turkey Breast & Thigh Mince
2 Tbsp. Waitrose Tomato & Piri Piri Chutney
1 Tbsp. oil
1 ripe avocado
1 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
Pack of 4 wholemeal muffins, toasted

Step 1Mix the turkey mince and the chutney together with your hands. Season and mould into 4 flat burgers, then chill for 10 minutes.
Step 2Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the burgers for 3-4 minutes each side until golden and cooked throughout.
Step 3Meanwhile, mash the avocado flesh with the mayonnaise and season. Place a burger in each toasted muffin and top with the avocado. Serve with salad.
