  • Jennifer Lawrence listed her ultra-private Beverly Hills mansion in September 2025; it sold in a private deal for $11 million.
  • The home was believed to be tied to Lawrence’s parents, rather than the Hunger Games actress herself.
  • The home was re-listed earlier this month with The Beverly Hills Estates, just six months after Lawrence’s sale, at a slightly higher asking price

Jennifer Lawrence’s bid farewell to her Hidden Valley mansion in 2025, when the actress quietly sold the property—which many believed she’d bought for her parents—for a cool $11 million in an off-the-market deal. The sale came through Sassy Bowles LLC, according to Realtor.com, a company with known ties to socialite sisters Clara and Poppy Delevingne. Now, just six months after JLaw’s sale, the 5,500 square foot home finds itself back on the market—with a slightly higher price tag.

The home, originally built in 1991, embodies a traditional French style behind lush plant life.

Re-listed with The Beverly Hills Estates and newly renovated by West Hollywood’s Clements Design, the French-style abode boasts a koi pond, a heated porch, and a 40-foot swimming pool for $11.5 million. Inside, the five-bedroom, six-bathroom home is drenched in neutrals. Custom checkerboard marble flooring lines the entryway and foyer, giving way to beach-toned herringbone floors that run throughout the rest of the house.
