Joe Jonas’s bachelor days are over—or at least his days in the Brooklyn bachelor pad he’s lived in for the last two years.

The singer-actor heartthrob listed his luxe Dumbo condo for $6.75 million, according to reporting by The New York Post. Jonas dished out around $6.5 million for the 2,654-square-foot unit back in May 2024, following a public separation from his now ex-wife, Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner. Jonas and Turner share two daughters, and the singer has been splitting his time between New York City and the London social scene between international tour dates. The listing is held by Carl Gambino of The Gambino Group at Compass.

The unit is just one of 76 in Brooklyn’s Olympia apartment complex. The 33-story building is an enclave for New York City’s celebrity residents and is rumored to be home to a host of A-listers, including Michael B. Jordan and the former Brooklyn Nets point guard Ben Simmons.

The building offers sweeping views of the East River, a front-row seat to the twinkling lights of the Manhattan Bridge, and unparalleled privacy.
