Soulful Sage, an ethereal, soft and silvery green, is Dulux’s 2027 Colour of the Year – and it’s designed to make homes feel lighter and brighter.

Perennially popular and always on trend, green is deeply connected with the great outdoors and is generally considered the easiest colour for the human eye to see. Universally associated with nature’s restorative qualities, it also represents sustainability, wellbeing and renewal. Its associations are almost exclusively positive, from freshness and rejuvenation to innocence and growth.

As well as being a soft, warm shade, sage green appeals to the senses through its connection to the herb itself. This pungent, silvery plant is the largest member of the mint family and has traditionally been valued for its restorative properties, bringing an added sense of nature and wellbeing to this versatile colour.
