Sienna Miller’s thatched cottage is still for sale — now £200,000 cheaper

Sienna Miller’s thatched countryside cottage, which once featured on the cover of Architectural Digest and Vogue Living, is still on the market in the Buckinghamshire hamlet of Toweridge — now with a £200,000 price cut.

Constructed from traditional flint and brick, the Grade II-listed home features Tudor-style render to one side, lattice windows, Georgian-and Victorian-era floorboards, low-ceilinged bedrooms, industrial fittings, farmhouse furniture, and more. Initially listed for £1,950,000 in autumn 2025, the property is now on the market with a guide price of £1,750,000.

Sienna purchased the property in 2008 after wanting to escape the city. 'I was in London and life was very tense, and I was just dreaming about having a place to get away to, and I saw this place online,' the actress previously told AD. 'I fell completely in love and bought it.'

The Layer Cake and American Sniper actress enlisted her friend, director Gaby Dellal, to reimagine the centuries-old home. 'I'd inherited someone else's vision and made it my own, but it was never quite right. It's now much more sophisticated and evolved, and much more how my taste actually is.'
