Is it worth £6.63 million?
After more than a year on the housing market, Kelly Clarkson is still hoping to sell her 20,ooo-square-foot mansion in Hendersonville, Tennessee for $8.75 million (£6.63m), Trulia reports.
But how is it still on the market? The price may be a factor. Most of us can't shell out millions for a new home, even if it does have seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. But it's far from being the priciest home out there — Rob Lowe is selling his place for $47 million (£35m), making Kelly's ask almost seem reasonable in comparison. The listing price is roughly three times what Kelly and hubby Brandon Blackstock paid when they bought it in 2013 ($2.8 million [£2.12m], the site reports). There had to have been some major renovations, in addition to the market improving overall.
