Drew Scott is no stranger to sharing his happy moments with fans. The Property Brothers host and father of two regularly shares moments from his toddler-driven life with snapshots of chairs pushed up against counters, crayon-strewn tables, and family trips to the beach, becoming regular features on his Instagram, but back-to-back posts? That’s a rarity, even for the candid dad—or it was until now.

Scott took to Instagram to commemorate two major home events this week, first his son Parker’s fourth birthday. The HGTV star shared a carousel of memories, starting with a sweet shot of his then-newborn lying on his chest and ending with a photo of the “no-so-little-anymore” toddler’s slippers, featuring patch versions of R2-D2 and C-3PO from the Star Wars films.

Just a little while after, Scott posted again. This time, reminiscing about the night he met his wife, Linda Phan. The couple met sixteen years ago at a Toronto Fashion Week party he almost skipped out on. The pair officially tied the knot in May of 2018. Their Italian coast wedding was famously featured in a TLC special, Property Brothers: Linda and Drew Say I Do.

Opting for a reel this time, the post featured snippets of their shared life, with scenes of them dancing, dipping their toes in the ocean, and traveling with their two children. We think it’s fair to say that Drew is glad he decided to go dancing all those years ago.
