Chelsea in Bloom 2025: See the winning floral designs from London's free flower festival

Chelsea in Bloom, London's largest free-to-attend festival of flowers that coincides with the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, was another fabulous floral extravaganza this year.

Produced by Cadogan in collaboration with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), Chelsea in Bloom is an annual event that extends the Chelsea Flower Show out into the local neighbourhood – and it's a delight for passersby to enjoy.

Just like RHS Chelsea’s showstopping gardens, Chelsea in Bloom is also a competition, with Gold, Silver-Gilt, Silver, Bronze and Merit awards given to participants by RHS judges and lifestyle judges, plus top awards for Best Floral Display, Highly Commended and the Innovation Award, and the all-important and coveted People's Champion.

Highlights from Chelsea in Bloom 2025

From Monday 19th to Sunday 25th May, more than 130 businesses, shops and restaurants showcased the most stunning floral displays, with florists, designers and horticulturalists using their creativity to transform the streets of Chelsea with imaginative flower arrangements. Shops taking part included Ralph Lauren, RIXO, Brunello Cucinelli, and Temperley London, to name a few.

Large-scale installations included a giant yellow wellie boot under a sea of umbrellas, a stylish handbag on Sloane Square, and giant Elton John-inspired sunglasses.

2025 has been a particularly special year too, marking Chelsea in Bloom's 20th anniversary. In support of the British Fashion Council, the theme, Flowers in Fashion, saw the streets of Chelsea come alive with floral installations inspired by iconic fashion moments, legendary designers, and London's creative scene, promising a first-time fusion of florals and fashion on this scale.

With fresh flowers, plants, foliage, and other decorative materials, it's the bigger the better when it comes to Chelsea in Bloom. But who were crowned best of the best?
